Today has been the first day when it actually feels like autumn and I am getting so excited about building my new season wardrobe!
I have made a little wish list of some key items making sure to keep the cost under $50 per item because I know how expensive it can get buying new season and you really need to get all the bits that will tie the new stuff into your existing wardrobe .
First of all I am on the lookout for some interesting knitwear as far as colour and cut are concerned .

An interesting sleeve is obviously one of the key trends as is this gorgeous muted pink that really adds some warmth to any complexion.

Texture is also a big trend in knitwear and nothing beats a cosy fluffy jumper like the one above
The next important thing to think about is outerwear. Many people don't put much though into it but really people see you more of your outerwear than what is under it in the cold months. Great coats and jackets can make any outfit!

Faux fur and animal print in one!You can chanel some Parisian chic and feel super warm at the same time!
Shoes are next and more specifically boots. I need two pairs this season, over the knee and sock boot!
